6.1 once the payment confirmation and your order has been accepted, unless you choose to provide online purchase, store pick up service stores to pick up, otherwise you will order the products by the company we express service delivery to your order for our address. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, we will not be able to deliver your order in time. We will not undertake any responsibility arising from it. 6.2 if the address provided is no one to receive delivery products, you need to contact our customer service center to arrange other delivery dates to deliver the product. If we can't contact you within thirty (30) days from the date when we inform you that the product has been shipped (including that date), the order will be cancelled, and the purchase amount of the undelivered product will be automatically returned according to the original way of payment of the product you purchased.
6.3 when receiving the product, you may be asked to show the message or email that notifies your product.
6.4, in the case of the order product as a gift, you can arrange the delivery of the product to the third party you choose, but the premise is to deliver the address to meet the requirements specified in Article 6.1 above.

6.8 if the package is found to be damaged when the package is signed, you have the right to reject the product and contact the customer service center. When the product is damaged, please contact the customer service center. For products purchased online and store, please check if there is any damage when extracting products. If there is any damage, please inform the store staff immediately.
6.9 if you choose to buy online store, pick the way to extract your order when you order products, products have been in your choice of stores can be extracted, you will receive an email or SMS (if you have to provide your mobile phone number) notice. We inform you that the date of your delivery (including the date of notice) will be stored for thirty (30) days in the store. 6.10, when you use online purchase, store pick up service, in order to make sure that the products you ordered are extracted by yourself, we will ask you to show your email or SMS that you can pick up at the exclusive store. If it is replaced by another person, please contact the customer service center in advance, and we reserve the way of accepting or rejecting others. If you do not want to comply with the process, you can't extract the product. If we cannot confirm the identity of the people who come to pick up the products in our reasonable and satisfactory way, we reserve the right to refuse to deliver products online, store and pick up products.
